The big bag discharging station is used for the dust-free discharge of granular and powdery bulk materials in order to fill flexible silos, aluminium silos, stainless steel silos or container by means of pneumatic pressure or spiral conveying. The big bag is hinged manually by the operator or by a chain pull into the big bag drawer and opened. The granulate ripples into the de-bagging container and the rotary valve or spiral conveyor below.

Using a rotary valve the bulk material is dosed gently into the conveyor pipe and blown with overpressure through the conveyor pipe into the silo.

Using a spiral conveyor the bulk material is conveyed by means of a spiral made of spring steel or stainless steel and with low power consumption through a flexible poly-amide exterior pipe from the inlet to the outlet and then to the silo or container.

There is no standard solution for the emptying of big bags. Depending on the application area the big bag emptying stations are extended with our accessories and adapted to your conveying systems. The solutions we describe are only examples and the basis for further discussions.
