The HS Electronic All-Metal Separator remove fully automatically metal contamination. Not only ferrous but also stainless steel and nonferrous metals, such as aluminum, copper, and others. Electronic all-metal separators provide a cost-effective recovery and protection when using processing machines and tools. These systems are also an important guarantee of the quality of both raw and finished products, such as plastics, chemicals and foodstuffs.

The HS is specially designed for freefalling products. Metallic conta-minants are detected in free-fall and separated using an automatic reject mechanism. R.R.S. can supply systems with sensitivities of circa 0.5 mm (steel particles) up to a nominal inlet diameter of 200 mm.
