All-Metal Separator FFS

The FFS Electronic All-Metal Separator remove fully automatically metal contamination. Not only ferrous but also stainless steel and nonferrous metals, such as aluminum, copper, and others. Electronic all-metal separators provide a cost-effective recovery and protection when using processing machines and tools. These systems are also an important guarantee of the quality of both raw and finished products, such as plastics, chemicals and foodstuffs.

The product is pneumatically transported through the separator and metal contamination is automatically removed. The FFS is available for pneumatic conveyors with a nominal pipe size of 38 to 100 mm, with a sensitivity of approx. 0.8 - 1.2 mm (Ø steel ball).
